Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Almonds 50grms


  • Dried Cranberries 25 grms


  • Self Raising Flour 112 grms


  • Castor Sugar 50 grms


  • Orange Zest 1/2 tsp


  • Eggs 2


  • Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp


  • Melted And Cooled Butter 25 grms

Directions

  • In a bowl take butter melt in microwave and let it cool.
  • Add eggs , sugar and vanilla extract into the cooled butter and wisk nicely.
  • In another bowl add all the dry ingredients, almonds, cranberry and orange zest. Mix nicely.
  • Make a log shape and bake in the preheated oven for 15mins at 160°C.
  • After 15mins take out from the oven let it cool.
  • Now cut the log in slices.
  • Bake them again for 15mins.
  • Enjoy yummy biscotti with your favourite tea..!!
